The firm
Westmere Consulting Group works for governments, public agencies and institutions, and as a subcontractor to consultancies that serve them. We deliver research, evaluation, housing needs reports, policy, writing and accessible documents.
The firm is deliberately small. One principal is accountable for every engagement. AI tools handle the slow parts of research and drafting, and people do the judgement, checking and sign-off. That combination is how we deliver quickly and at a fair price without lowering the standard.
When an engagement needs specialist expertise, we bring in qualified associates and name them, with their roles, in the proposal. We do not take on work that needs a professional seal or licence.
